Objectives of the Course The emergence of sport psychology, sport sciences building of the historical development of different areas combined, and the functions of today's sports psychology, sports psychology and psychological age children to discuss issues of classification. Relationship between the coach and athlete, sport psychology diagnostic methods that can be used to know and apply them in real environments.
Course Content What is Psychology? Sports psychology in today. The function of the sport psychology. The history of sport psychology. Motivation and motivation theories Performance in sport. Imagination. Goal setting. Attention and concentration. Anxiety and sports performance. Fear and sport performance. State of alert and relationship with performance. The relationship between stress and performance. Methods of dealing with stress.
