Objectives of the Course
|
The enterprises that constitute the cornerstones of the economic system have become increasingly complex organizations as a result of technological developments. In a globalized world, it is only possible for enterprises to maintain their assets and achieve sustainable competitive advantage through a professional management and modern management approach. This information is provided for the students of the sports management department in order to be competent in the subjects of business management and basic business information.

Course Content
|
In the first part; - Since the enterprises are the units operating in the economic system, macro and micro economic indicators were explained by explaining basic economic concepts. This section; business idea development process, investment, feasibility studies, business and environment relations, demand forecasting, business types, location of establishment, size and capacity, cost and finance concepts, workplace layout and production planning, establishment of the establishment process and the opening of the workplace. In the second part; management, human resources, production, marketing and financing functions are examined in separate sections.
