Objectives of the Course Mechatronics Systems Maintenance, Repair to learn about
Course Content A short review of the general structures of mechanical, electromechanical, pneumatic, electropneumatic, hydraulic and electro hydraulic systems. Areas of use and working conditions of these
systems. Detection of errors that may come into being in these systems as a result of internal and external working conditions, error prevention efforts, protective maintenance, looking for errors in
systems that have stopped working due to a disorder. The reading of circuit schema in mechatronic systems, sequential control circuit technique. Troubleshooting techniques; troubleshooting
steps, malfunction cards, algorithms, guides for troubleshooting, maintenance and safetysystem malfunctions, reliability, ease of maintenance, the philosophy of maintenance, troubleshooting
devices, documentation, environmental effects, security matters that must be taken into account.
