Objectives of the Course It is aimed to teach students; the emergence and history of international maritime law; international laws and regulations on inland water, territorial waters, continental scenery, exclusive economic zone and islands. International laws applied in waters and inland waters during times of war and peace; transfer the laws, regulations and regulations related to diving in Turkish territorial waters to the students.
Course Content Continental scenery problem on Aegean islands. Development of international maritime law. Transportation and communication in the seas. Taking advantage of the sea and the oceans. According to international maritime law, the status of the islands, their definition and how they will benefit. Inland. Territorial waters. The right of harmless passage. The authorities of the coastal state on foreign vessels. Archipelagic states. Straits and transit right. Adjacent area, fishing zone, continental shelf, exclusive economic zone. Open sea and international sea bed. Flag law. Right to tracing. The powers that States share with the other states in the open seas. A look at the professional underwater man's legislation.
