Objectives of the Course The aim of this course is; The aim of this course is to enable students to understand the effects of adequate and balanced nutrition on health, physical activity and nutrition in achieving ideal performance and the role of control in some diseases.
Course Content Fundamental principles of nutrition, functions of nutrients (carbohydrate, fat, protein, minarel, vitamins, water, etc.) in organism, relationships between physical activity and nutrition principles, ergogenic nutritional supplements, the role of nutrition and physical activity in the control of weight and cardiovascular diseases and eating disorders It contains.
