Objectives of the Course
|
To provide basic information about healthy life and physical activity, to have a general knowledge about diseases which are common in our country and have direct relationship with sedentary life. have knowledge and skills on how to develop these components.

Course Content

It focuses on the importance of physical activity for the protection of individual, family and community health. In this course, students will gain a basic knowledge of gaining and gaining healthy lifestyle behaviors, and physical activity programming.
