Objectives of the Course
|
The primary aim of the Taekwondo course is to teach students the fundamental principles and techniques of this traditional martial art and help them improve their applications. The course focuses on instructing students in basic Taekwondo stances, footwork, defense, and attack techniques, while also emphasizing exercises to enhance their flexibility and mobility. Students receive training that encompasses not only the physical skills of the sport but also elements such as mental focus, discipline, and strategic thinking. Consequently, students not only strengthen themselves physically but also have the opportunity to progress in the art of Taekwondo by enhancing their self-defense abilities.

Course Content
|
The content of the Taekwondo course provides students with the opportunity to learn fundamental Taekwondo stances, walking techniques, and attack and defense strategies. In the initial weeks, the focus is on establishing proper body balance by concentrating on basic stance positions and walking techniques. Subsequently, the fundamentals of attack techniques, including correct punching and kicking applications, as well as target-specific strategies, are taught. These techniques are reinforced through partner exercises and combination drills. Another significant part of the course covers basic defense techniques, emphasizing blocks, parries, and flexibility, providing students with the opportunity to enhance their quick reaction and defense abilities. Weeks that focus on flexibility and mobility aim to improve students' body control and their ability to adapt to various positions. This content offers comprehensive training for students to acquire fundamental skills in the art of Taekwondo and enhance their applications.
