Objectives of the Course
|
The aim of this course is to introduce the students to the basic study areas of neuropsychology such as attention, memory, executive functions and language, and to explain with examples the methods on which neuropsychological research is carried out. In addition, to explain the main central nervous system and brain structures and their relations with higher cognitive functions, and to give information about the symptoms and causes of neuropsychiatric diseases.
